Cook Roberts handles legal cases ranging from the relatively simple to the highly complex. The legal services provided include cases involving land/business law, corporate law, estate planning and probate, trusts, bankruptcy and insolvency, family law, immigration, aboriginal, and government law. In addition to handling the litigation aspects of cases of this nature, the litigation department also handles disputes involving personal injury, fraud, wrongful dismissal, leaky condominiums, and construction law.
